Privacy Policy
The short version: your data and your customers' data are not for sale. Ever.
What we collect from you (the farmer).
When you sign up: farm name, your name, email, phone, state, what you raise, and the photos / story / pricing you choose to add. We collect this so we can build your shop and contact you about your account.
What your shop collects from your customers.
When a customer orders from your shop: their name, email, optional phone, delivery/pickup choice, and order details. Stripe handles payment information directly — we never see or store full card numbers.
Who we share with.
We share data with vendors strictly necessary to run the service:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Twilio — SMS notifications (when you enable them)
- Resend — transactional email
- Cloudflare — hosting + database
- Anthropic — AI copy generation (only when you click the "draft my copy" button; your answers are sent, never stored by Anthropic for training)
- Unsplash — stock photo search (when you use the photo picker)
That's it. We don't sell to data brokers. We don't share with advertisers. We don't have an "analytics partner."
Cookies.
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, or any other surveillance technology.
Your rights.
You can download a CSV of all your data any time from the dashboard. You can delete your account any time, which permanently removes everything within 30 days. If you're an EU/UK resident, you have additional rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability). Email us to exercise them.
Your customers' rights.
Your customers can request data deletion through you. As the farmer-operator, you're the data controller; we're the data processor. Reach out and we'll help you fulfill the request.
Changes.
If we change this policy in a way that affects what we collect or share, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
